Boxercise combines a cardio workout with a conditioning workout to help you increase your fitness and stamina, lose weight and tone up all at the same time, making it one of the most effective ways to exercise.

Boxercise has developed age-old training principles and adapted them to form a fun, motivational, safe, stress-busting workout which is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. It is certainly not just for men. It is actually popular with both men and women.
